This advanced setup allows us to rapidly produce high volumes of complex, net-shape parts while keeping your overall production costs down.
We consistently pour premium zinc alloys to guarantee the structural integrity and performance of your miniature components. Our standard, high-quality alloys include Zamak 3, Zamak 5, and ZA-8. Working with these versatile materials, our experienced operators are capable of casting parts with production weights as incredibly light as 0.0005 lbs and going up to 1.41 lbs.
