We operate a massive 200,000-square-foot facility packed with automated work cells, shot-monitored equipment, and advanced CNC centers. Our team operates 22 automated aluminum die cast machines, offering tonnages ranging from 400 to 1300 tons. We work with high-quality grades like A380, 383, 413, 360, and 390. Our aluminum processes regularly support complex applications in the automotive, refrigeration, and valve industries.
We maintain 19 zinc die cast machines with capabilities spanning 100 to 850 tons. Our experienced operators pour industry-standard materials including Alloy 3, Alloy 5, ZA-8, and ZA-27. We consistently produce heavy-duty zinc components for consumer products, HVAC systems, and pump and valve applications.
We utilize 14 high-speed, four-slide machines with tonnages up to 20 tons to handle incredibly detailed miniature zinc castings. Our equipment accommodates die sizes ranging from 2×2 up to 7×11. We build these parts for the automotive, construction, consumer products, and electronics sectors.
Our machining department features five CNC mills and four CNC lathes. We also offer secondary operations, including thermal de-burring, hanger blasting, tumble blasting, vibratory cleaning, and washing. Our final inspection and specialized packaging processes guarantee your parts arrive ready for assembly.
