In-House Value-Added Capabilities

We maintain a highly capable machining department featuring five vertical CNC mills and four precision lathes. This advanced setup allows us to hit exceptionally tight tolerances and finish complex geometries without sending your parts out to another facility.

Our in-house secondary operations include:

Advanced De-burring: We run two tumble blast machines, one hanger blast machine, and vibratory de-burring stations to create perfectly smooth, clean edges. We also offer specialized thermal de-burring specifically for our zinc components.
Surface Preparation: Our team provides expert sanding, polishing, and a complete wash, rinse, and dry line to prep your parts for their final application.
Quality Assurance: We conduct thorough in-house leak testing to verify component integrity for any fluid and pressure applications.
